Returns & Refunds

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, the item is considered sold. No returns for sold artworks are accepted, except when items are damaged during shipping or transit.

We recommend all purchases be inspected immediately upon receipt. If damage is noted, an email must be sent to returns@geisha.ink with photos and evidence of damage within seven days from the time the artwork is received.

Assessment of the damage will be made and (if approved) a replacement or repair will be made.

Upon confirmation by the artist that damage has been incurred in transit, damaged artwork must be shipped back within three days from the day of confirmation.
